LOCATION: Large Site, the old Building 9, now Building 10. Signs will direct you. Same place as last picnic at the Large Site. Back of the building.
Meal: $20 per person. Catered picnic fare, same as other years.
Starting Time: Activities get underway at 1:00 p.m., with a luncheon buffet and beverages/refreshments. If you like, you may bring a dessert for all to share.
PICNIC RESERVATIONS: Registration and payment are due no later than August 1, 2014. Please see the Picnic Registration Form on this site. That is a form for you to fill in and mail back. For submission information, please contact the committee through Carol Neill via e-mail at Astronuclear Laboratory. Make your reservations soon! Checks should be made out to Carol Neill. For information on where to send your check, send an e-mail requesting mailing information to Carol Neill via e-mail at Astronuclear Laboratory or any of the committee members listed below and they will provide you with Carol Neill's mailing address.
